Every client wants it
done their way.

One facility manager wants timestamped before-and-after photos. Another wants the PO on every invoice. The shopping centre wants a SWMS and attendance times. Miss one and the invoice comes back, the job stays open, and someone in your office spends the afternoon chasing it.

How it works

Forward it.
Approve it.
Close it out.

  1. 01

    Forward it

Email, PDF or a photo of the work order. Add a completion pack the client already accepted, and SI JobAgent learns what they expect.

  2. 02

    Approve the plan

Check the scope, checklist and anything missing. SI JobAgent drafts the questions for the client. You press send.

  3. 03

    Close it out

Your tech gets one link for photos, readings and sign-off, even without signal. You get a completion pack ready to invoice.

Teach it once
per client.

Each facility manager's rules are saved as a client profile. The next work order from them is checked automatically, and new staff no longer learn every client's quirks the hard way.

You stay
in charge.

Nothing goes to a client without your approval. Every action is logged, so you can always see what was done, when, and who approved it.

The pilot

30 days.
$990 + GST.

One of your regular clients, up to 50 jobs, and the time saved per job measured and reported back to you. Not happy within the 30 days? Ask us in writing and we refund the pilot fee.

Questions

Do I have to change my job software?

No. SI JobAgent works by email, alongside ServiceM8, simPRO, AroFlo or whatever you use now. You keep your job system.

Where is my data kept?

Your job records are stored in Sydney. Some processing uses providers overseas, listed in our privacy policy. Your data is never used to serve another business.

What if it gets something wrong?

You approve every plan and message before it goes anywhere, so you can fix it first. Tell us about the mistake and we tune your client profile.

Which businesses is it for?

Commercial maintenance contractors with a few to thirty techs who take work from several facility managers.
